Criteria #1: Range of Writing Services Offered (Mark - 15/20)
PaperHelp is writing service that provides customers with nearly all types of writings such as essays, dissertations, biographies, research papers, thesis, business plans etc. The design of the website is quite simple and easy to navigate, but there are many things left unclear, such as the 100% money-back guarantee, which is only mentioned and not given a detailed explanation on how one can claim it.
The company provides clients with some free features such as free revisions and free samples. There is no mention on free title.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 15/20)
The prices start from as low as $10 and they vary according to number of pages, deadline and academic level of the requested writing. The ordering process is quite simple, but the longest deadline for ordering is only 14 days. This limits customer that want to place their orders in advance.
The website does not present discount codes, but gives out several discounts. For example, 5% discount is offered for more than 500 pages and 10% discount is offered for more than 1000. This, compared to other companies is quite a small discount and the minimum number of pages for a discount is quite high. Additionally, these discounts cannot be combined and are non-refundable.
Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 12/20)
This company has given many writing samples in the specific section for free samples, out of which we evaluated one for each academic level. These papers seemed to be 100% unique and free of grammatical errors, so we proceeded to ordering a piece of writing.
The writing was free of plagiarism, had only one grammatical mistake, but was very similar to the student book that we told them we study by. The content was not plagiarized, but was not quite original either. Also, when we sent it for revision because of the mistake, it took them a lot of time to return the revised version to us.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 14/20)
The company gives out many ways of contacting them such as e-mail, customer support or a phone number. We decided to check out the online chat, where we found that the representative was very prompt and helpful. However, when we discussed our previously mentioned doubts about how to claim a guarantee, the conversation became quite tense and it took a lot of time for the representative to answer our questions.
