A few years ago, I set out to write a little blog about my experiences here in New Orleans, and temper that with a few tips and tricks for our prospective and current students. 7 years later, this here blog has developed a nice following in the world of college admission, and today it got its 500,000th hit. For that, we here at Tulane owe all of our blog readers, applicants, parents, family members, students and friends a great deal of gratitude!

As we close down shop here at Tulane 'till the New Year, I'll leave you with a few of my favorite shots I took this week around town of New Orleans in her holiday glory.
